The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to install a pylon sign on the property located at 8 Grenfell Drive, Corner Brook, NL. The purpose of the sign is to display on-site advertisements for the business(s) located on the lot.
Under the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations for a “Innovation District Zone,” the maximum sign size is 7 sq./m. The proposed sign size is 7.7 sq./m which would require a 10% variance to the maximum size.
