Annual Flushing Program|

Due to the City’s annual flushing program, all residents and businesses in the following areas may experience low water pressure and discoloration of water for the next two (2) weeks, commencing today, May 24th, 2024.  Annual flushing is done each year in order to provide the best water quality possible to homes and businesses. If you do have discoloration, please run your cold water tap until the water runs clear. The City of Corner Brook regrets any inconvenience that this may cause area residents

The areas affected are:

  • MacPherson Avenue and all side roads
  • East Valley Road from Central Street to the intersection of Westview Avenue
  • Ingrid Avenue
  • Westview Avenue
  • Willow Avenue
  • Lomond Street #’s 1 to 72
  • Brookfield Avenue and all side roads
  • Raymond Heights
  • Montgomerie Street
  • Queen Street
  • Reid Street #’s 91 to 186
  • North Street from # 44 to the intersection of Reid Street
  • West Valley Road from Humber Nurseries to Humber Park and all side roads
  • Cobb Lane and all side roads
