The City of Corner Brook has received an application to operate a home-based business office (drafting, reports/plans & video meetings) from the property located at 91 Reid Street.
The property is located in the Townsite Residential Zone where a home based business office classification of use is a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations. It is proposed that the use is for a home based business office only and there will be no visitors to the property.
