The City of Corner Brook has received an application requesting permission to convert the existing church located at 88 Clarence Street, Corner Brook, NL. into a 6 to 8 unit apartment building. The building is in the Medium Residential Zone where the proposed use, (Apartment Building) is considered a “Discretionary Use” of the City of Corner Brook’s Development Regulations.
