Pursuant to the powers vested in it by virtue of section 18 of the City of Corner Brook Act, 1991, and all other enabling powers, the Council of the City of Corner Brook, at its Regular Council Meeting of September 9, 2024, issued a notice of motion to amend the Council Remuneration and Reimbursement Regulations, Appendix “A”. Following a review of Council Remuneration, in accordance with the Council Remuneration and Reimbursement Regulations, 2018, it was recommended to increase the current Council Remunerations as outlined in the amended Appendix “A” of the Regulations. This increase is to be in effect for the next term of Council.
