The City of Corner Brook has received an application to construct a 12’ x 20’ accessory building on the property located at 59 Carberry’s Road which is located in a Residential Medium Density Zone. A building permit can be issued for this structure with the maximum allowable height being 15 ft., however, it is requested that the maximum height of the accessory building be increased to 16.5 ft.
The construction of the accessory building with the requested maximum height of 16.5 ft., if approved, would result in a 10% variance to the maximum allowable height of an accessory building for this lot.
