Canada’s Food Guide Western Health Information Session Presented by Community Health Nurse. This has been a hot topic, and many residents have questions regarding the new food guidelines. We’re here to answer those questions! Handouts of the new food guide will be available. Held in the program room, 2nd floor, Corner Brook Public Library. Preregistration required.
