MATT WRIGHT PREPARES MATERIAL FOR HIS NEXT COMEDY ALBUM

Matt Wright returns with some new material about life in lockdown and more to the Arts and Culture Centre stages this September!
Originally from Newfoundland and Labrador, Matt Wright is a JUNO nominated Canadian stand-up comedian, writer, actor and director. Matt is known for his sharp, clean, observational comedy about the struggle of being a person, and he can transition seamlessly between one-liners, storytelling, and silliness.
Matt’s latest album, Existing Is Exhausting, was recorded in front of a live audience at the Quidi Vidi Brewery in St. John’s, and released on October 3, 2019. The album was nominated for the 2021 JUNO Comedy Album of the Year.
